Isaiah was born in Seoul, Korea, to Kim Joo-eun. He inherited her surname, as he never knew his father, who she never spoke of. To this day, he has no idea who his other parent is, though it's apparent from his height and eye color that he wasn't Korean. As a single mother, Joo-eun took multiple jobs in order to provide for her son as best as she could. Though she often wore shabby clothing and went hungry, she saw to it that her son never experienced any of these, and was always well-dressed and immaculately groomed. Bright and outgoing, he did well at school, both academically and socially, and fit right in with the wealthier students who were his peers.

As a teenager, he began dabbling in illegal activities mostly out of boredom, though he will admit that he loves money. Due to a rather complicated string of affairs, he ended up moving to Hong Kong, and became involved with the 14K. Isaiah deceived and killed his way up to the top, and by his twenty-second birthday, had accomplished quite a bit.

Currently, he lives luxuriously, and financial worries are a thing of the past. While he spends quite a bit of money on himself, he lavishes most of it upon his mother. He has purchased her a ridiculously expensive penthouse in Seoul, and continues to send her money and gifts often. While he's told her that he works a very well-paying job at a large corporation, he suspects that she knows more than she lets on, even if she hasn't said anything to him about it.

p e r s o n a l i t y

Easy-going, friendly, and sociable, Isaiah is someone who is constantly smiling, and would smile even as he stabbed you in the back. He's usually a very patient man, willing to wait for what he wants, and prefers not to show his dislike for people, even if they annoy him. However, if he deems someone as not much of a threat at all, he'll tell them precisely what he thinks of them, while smiling cheekily at them. Those who continue to aggravate them usually find themselves in very unpleasant situations that they'd rather not talk about, even if they could.

Faithful to very few, those who have his loyalty are usually those who have the most to offer him. He would easily turn on others without a second thought. Isaiah doesn't hold people in very high regard at all, which is evidenced by his willingness to betray others for personal gain without feeling any remorse. For the most part, people are unaware of his treacherous side, and usually want to befriend him for his charming and friendly demeanor.

Isaiah is rather tall, though most people don't notice exactly how tall until he is standing right next to them. His hair is black and somewhat messy, falling into his eyes, which are dark green. He typically dresses in expensive clothing, and is most often seen in a suit. Despite his formal attire, he still looks somewhat boyish and mischievous. He's usually smiling, and even when he isn't, manages to look vaguely amused in the most not amusing of situations.
